These are just a few we have received via email, about the Swivel Sweeper G2:

E. Kettner – LOVE IT! Granted, this is not a vacuum but it IS a great daily sweeper. I have 3 cats and a parrot and used to use Roomba – which I also loved – but its’ battery no longer works. This is a more cost effective alternative and very handy. I only wish that it could somehow get into smaller spaces, like between the open door & door frame or the 3″ between the frig & wall. Overall, it does go under nearly anything and the battery runs for 2-3 days in my 1000 sq 1st floor. Still have not figured out what exactly the “mini sweeper” is for, but the cats sure do like to rub their chins on it! lol

Emily V. Reilly – This is not a vacuum, it will not suck up stuff and will certainly not replace a vacuum. It’s good for small everyday pick ups. For me it worked fairly well at picking up cat litter on vinyl floor. It also picks up dog/cat hair that I didn’t know was there before and stores away nicely in a closet. I even took it to work to see if it would pick up glitter, and it did it better than the broom. The only problem I have is that dirt sticks to the outside of the unit and has to be wiped off (at least it picked it up).

P. Stephenson – This is a great product. I love the original Swivel Sweeper and it was time for an upgrade to the G2. This is even better than the original and a must have for any homeowner. It is great for quick cleanups and gets in hard to reach places. Great for any part of the house. Powerful motor and runs about an hour or so on a single charge. Has many useful features including the swiveling head, touchless dirt tray, and the bending elbow joint to get under furniture. I definitely recommend this product. Fast shipping as well. Amazon is the best!

Alice Templeton – I’ve been using the G2 for quite a while now and never had a problem with it picking up random messes left in my kitchen or living room. In the kitchen, it has picked up cereal, dry dog food, random cooking ingredients and whatever else lands down there. I started using it in my living room to get under couches with the bendable handle to pick up peanuts and and pieces of chips left behind from guests. When it gets full or stops picking up stuff, I empty it and it works just fine again. It does what it is supposed to do for the price.

I love to have a clean house, but it’s so much work. I’m always looking for the next cool cleaning gadget. That mean, of course, I have a closet full of vaccuum hoses, super dusters and a slew of “the best broom ever.”

I got a Swiffer Sweeper not too long ago, and it was pretty nice, but it only worked on my hardwood floors.

The Swivel Sweeper is a lot like the Swiffer, but it’s a real vacuum and can go on carpets too!

After I started using the Swivel Sweeper, my Swiffer went right into the closet of cleaning junk.

The As Seen on TV Swivel Sweeper parts are all put together so well to make for a wonderfully ingenious machine.

The Swivel Sweeper has a lot of really great features:

It swivels 360 degrees

Swivel Sweeper has electronic sweeping brushes on all four sides

It contains an easily removable dust tray

Vacuum-like brushes allow easy cleaning of floors, carpets and tile

Swivel Sweeper has a handle that extends to 4 feet

My favorite thing was that the Swivel Sweeper weighed only 2 pounds, so it was really to clean stairs, hard to reach spots — I could even clean this little patch of carpeted wall with it! I could maneuver the light little vacuum around anything with one hand.

The electronic sweeper is also cordless and battery powered. I’ll never be pulling my vacuum cord around a tight corner or unplugging it in the middle of the room. As funny as it sounds, it was quite freeing. I could use it where I would have used a handheld vacuum to do a quick clean of spilled chips or crumbs.

The battery lasts a whopping 45 minutes! It was more than enough time to clean all my floors including the stairs.

Editors note. We used to recommend buying the Swivel Sweeper G2 from Amazon, but have discovered this site which is $10 cheaper for the same thing, with a better warranty and even some deal for 2 free mini sweepers.

Just a quick one, I actually bought a swivel sweeper a long time ago and ended up throwing it out. Simply put, it was a great sweeper, in lots of ways even better than my Dyson vacuum cleaner. But then the batteries ran out and it did not work half as well any more.

So I figure, OK, I’ll get some more batteries. Ends up they cost almost as much as a whole new Swivel Sweeper. Not going to happen. So I sent a somewhat irate letter to the company about the ridiculous battery situation, then put the thing in the bin.

It was a real shame as well because the thing was absolutely brilliant as a sweeper. I have a few dogs, one of which is a Samoyed and when you see one you’ll understand what I mean about shedding. Actually I’ll send you a picture. (editor – She did and now we do.)

Anyway he sheds all over the place and the stuff sticks to anything and everything. Hardwood floors downstairs make it even more obvious when there is hair everywhere. This has been the one downside to having a Sammy, because they are absolutely amazing dogs, but vacuums either can’t pick the hair up or get clogged in two seconds and take ages to unclog and empty.

Th sweeper was far better, picked everything up instantly and was far easier to empty/clean. Until the batteries ran out.

I’ve just got a new one, simply because I heard from somewhere that you now get a rechargable battery with it. I haven’t yet run down the battery so have not tried the charger yet, but the sweeper itself still works as well as ever. I am so glad they have rechargable batterys now.

Editors note, we used to recommend buying them on Amazon, but discovered this site where they are a whole $10 cheaper and they have a better warranty as well.

Probably the most important piece of information for anyone considering purchasing a Swivel Sweeper, is ‘what do people who have bought it dislike most about it”.

So we found out. After a lot of customer feedback, we have found that the biggest issue most customers have, is simply that the batteries run out too fast, and they cost too much to replace. Almost as much as a whole new Swivel Sweeper.

Well luckily that has all changed, as the new G2 model has a rechargeable battery. This means that all you have to do is plug it in to recharge when you aren’t using it and you’ll never have to make another purchase. The Swivel Sweeper will keep on cleaning, on and on and on.

We found this site TrySwivelSweeper selling them for cheaper than you can get anywhere else, and they seem to have the best warranty to. I think they may in fact be a wholesaler straight from the manufacturer so they can have the lowest price point for the consumer. Either way it is a win for us.

Check Try Swivel Sweeper by clicking here

We hope you found this information useful.
